They were really easy to make, and were considerably better the following day, even though the recipe says you can serve them after an hour in the fridge....so I'd recommend planning accordingly and making them ahead of time. :) They consist of Club crackers with a mixture of butter, brown sugar, graham cracker crumbs and some other things inbetween the layers.
The frosting calls for Butterscotch Chips, which I didn't have butterscotch chips, so I used the peanut butter chips I had on hand. I think adding in some nuts would also bring another interesting layer of flavor to these bars.
